A Sweet Finish – The Two-Tone Tiramisu

We believe that every beautiful meal deserves a grand finale, and nothing in our kitchen gets rave reviews quite like this Silky Half Chocolate / Half Coffee Tiramisu. It is rich, custardy, and honestly, a bit of a showstopper.

The beauty of this version is that it caters to everyone. Since not everyone is a coffee devotee, we created two distinct halves—one infused with our Homemade Kahlúa and the other with a rich chocolate sauce. Instead of dipping the ladyfingers and risking a soggy texture, we lightly brush them. This gives us total control over the flavor and keeps those beautiful layers distinct and elegant.

This is the perfect make-ahead dessert. In fact, it’s BEST after a night in the fridge, giving the flavors time to settle and the texture to become perfectly silky. Just before serving, a light dusting of cocoa powder and a few chocolate-covered coffee beans make it look as good as it tastes. It’s the perfect way to end an August evening.

I have always felt that the table is where we fulfill one of our most beautiful purposes: the simple, profound act of connecting with one another. We were designed for this togetherness, for the nourishment of both food and soul. As you open your home, may your table be a soft place to land—a space where grace is the guest of honor and where the simple act of hosting becomes a thoughtful gift of belonging to everyone who pulls up a chair.
