This month, we are leaning into Coastal Sophistication. This isn't your average backyard gathering; it’s a menu designed to feel like a boutique seaside resort. We’re talking buttery halibut, tropical grains, and citrus-spiked cream that hits the palate like a breath of salty ocean air. It’s elegant, it’s vibrant, and most importantly, it’s designed to let the host actually enjoy the sunset.
The May Menu: A Tropical Escape
This lineup is all about balance—warm fruit, cool cream, zesty citrus, and high-quality proteins that speak for themselves. Here is what we’re serving to transport your guests to the coast:
Appetizer: Burrata Crostini with Caramelized Peach & Fig Jam A masterclass in texture.
